Role in the project:

RCSI plays a key role in WiseFood, coordinating the Living Lab component to ensure the co-design, feasibility evaluation, and real-world testing of WiseFood applications. As part of this, RCSI leads the Irish Living Lab, engaging households, nutritionists, dietitians, and policymakers to refine the platform and align it with national dietary guidelines.

RCSI is responsible for the feasibility study in Ireland, assessing the impact of WiseFood on household food choices, dietary intake, and sustainability behaviours over an 8-week period. The team provides key nutrition expertise, ensuring AI-driven recommendations adhere to evidence-based dietary guidance.
