How Will Living Labs Co-Create Solutions?
WiseFood’s 3 Living Labs (LLs) in Ireland, Hungary, and Slovenia bring stakeholders and citizens together to co-design and test solutions, providing:
- Multi-Actor Engagement: Nutritionists, policymakers, food producers, and citizens come together to co-design and test solutions.
- Real-Life Settings: Pilots will take place in Ireland, Hungary, and Slovenia, including a fully operational short food supply chain Living Lab in Slovenia.
- Interactive Feedback Loops: Workshops, forums, and iterative testing ensure that the applications are practical, effective, and user-approved.
